Personal Opinion?
[edit]The edits starting on December 1 are chock full of personal opinions (film was beautiful, American version was a misfire, animated sequence was lame). Doesn't seem appropriate for wikipedia. Shouldn't we remove all those? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 104.162.112.8 (talk) 04:53, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
- Can't disagree. Makes it look like a review.John Firth (talk) 15:48, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
Full title?
[edit]I saw this on its opening run way back in the mists of pre-wiki time and I clearly remember its on-screen title, and poster title, and newspaper ad title as "The Fearless Vampire Killers (or, Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are In My Neck). Not sure about the punctuation but that was the release title; "Fearless Vampire Killers" was only listing-shorthand. I also saw it in a tiny arthouse cinema in Koeln in fall 1975 and offended the German audience, who were taking it as a serious horror film. I dunno, maybe laughing out loud is against the law in Nord Rhein-Westfalen...anyway the title I'm sure is incomplete here, I'll check IMDB and if it's not there ask what's up from them.Skookum1 (talk) 04:38, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- PS the article does say this was Sharon Tate's last film right? Haven't looked yet, just "reminder to self" at this pointSkookum1 (talk) 04:38, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- It was NOT. She made Thirteen Chairs while a few months pregnant with Polanski's baby. It was released after she was murdered by the Manson Family.HammerFilmFan (talk) 19:23, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
